TVzone is a cloud digital signage service intended for business use — in residential buildings, offices, institutions and businesses. Use of the service is subject to these terms. By registering for or using the service you confirm that you have read and accept them.

The service is not intended for personal use, for use by minors, or for storing or displaying medical, financial or other sensitive information.

Access is through a personal account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, and keeping access credentials secure is the account holder's responsibility. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

Opening an account does not by itself grant access to every part of the service. Management permissions are granted by us or by the customer's own administrator, and we may require prior approval before granting access.

Content you upload and display is your sole responsibility. You confirm that you hold all rights required to display it and that it infringes no copyright, trademark, privacy or other law.

Offensive, misleading, inciting, pornographic or unlawful content is not permitted. We may remove such content and suspend an account that breaches this clause, without prior notice.

The service allows entering resident and business details for display on screen and on the directory page. Obtaining the necessary consents from those individuals, and keeping the details current, is your responsibility.

We work to maintain high availability, but the service is provided as is. Planned maintenance windows may occur, as may faults arising from causes outside our control — including network outages, power failures, hardware faults at the customer site, or infrastructure provider incidents.

The player stores content locally and keeps playing during a network outage. An internet connection is required for content updates and for screen monitoring.

Use of the service requires a monthly subscription as set out in the quote agreed with the customer. Pricing, subscription scope and commitment period are specified in that quote, which prevails over anything stated here on those matters.

Non-payment may result in suspension. On termination, access ends and we may delete accumulated content. We do not undertake to retain any content after the engagement ends; downloading and keeping a copy of anything you wish to preserve, before the subscription ends, is your responsibility.

A player purchased from us belongs to the customer and carries the manufacturer's warranty. Installing the application on existing equipment is possible, but we are not responsible for the performance of equipment we did not supply.

The service, software, design, trademarks and every other component are our property. Use of the service grants no rights in them. No part of the service may be copied, decompiled, reverse engineered or resold.

Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of operating the service for you.

We provide no backup, archiving or data recovery service, and we do not undertake to retain any copy of your content. Keeping current copies of all content, files, resident lists and any other data entered into the service is your sole responsibility.

We accept no liability whatsoever for loss, deletion, corruption, unavailability or damage to content or data — whether caused by a fault, an error, an action by a user on your side, an action by a third party, a breach, an infrastructure provider failure, or any other cause. Nothing here prevents us from assisting with recovery as a goodwill gesture where that is possible, with no commitment as to the outcome.

Deletion performed in the service is final. We do not undertake that deleted content can be recovered.

The service is provided as is and subject to actual availability, without representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuity of operation, freedom from defects or freedom from interruption. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the service suits your needs before relying on it.

We are not responsible for content, its accuracy, its legality or how current it is — including information shown on screens, resident and business details, and information drawn from external sources such as weather or news feeds.

You undertake to indemnify us, our employees and anyone acting on our behalf against any claim, demand, damage, expense or loss — including legal fees and costs — arising from content you displayed, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or infringement of a third party's rights.

Subject to applicable law, our total aggregate liability in connection with the service — on any basis, contractual, tortious or otherwise — will not exceed the amounts actually paid to us for the three months preceding the event.

We will in no event be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of data — even if advised of the possibility.

We are not liable for delay or non-performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, war, states of emergency, strikes, power or communications outages, cyber attacks, or failures at infrastructure and cloud providers.

Information collected through the service is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Privacy policy

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance in the application or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Either party may terminate on notice, subject to the agreed subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms or of use that risks harming the service or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
